Time To Crush

Harvest is early this year. The Sonoma County Building and Fire Departments were very cooperative and gave us a temporary occupancy permit so the crush has begun. James' equipment arrived on Wednesday afternoon. The grapes arrived on Thursday. James was up at 2 a.m. overseeing the harvest. These photos were taken at 3 p.m. and James is working with the crew on the quality control line feeding the crusher.

Everyone Likes The Doors

Our client James MacPhail was in downtown Healdsburg and liked the look of the rolling doors at the Healdsburg Hotel. Superintendent Ron Roysum, Mitch and our crew were able to duplicate and improve the look and function of barn style sliding door. James was so impressed with the results that he asked our painter to stain the door instead of painting the door with an opaque paint. In the photo our painter is hand sanding the new door in preparation for receiving a stain finish.
