It Might Not Be Glamorous But...

We are glad to get the septic tanks for MacPhail's Family Winery in the ground. Thanks to the crew from Carlisle Construction Inc. the holes were dug and the tanks placed between rain showers.

The PEMB, pre-engineered metal building by American Buildings is expected on site the first week in March.

The Slab Is Down

We were able to pour the second half of the slab for the MacPhail's Family Winery yesterday. Today James MacPhail, Superintendent Ron Roysum and I were able to stand on the completed slab.

We Did It

Thanks to the crew under Superintendent Ron Roysum's direction the footings were poured at MacPhail's Family Winery. It was a cold clear day on December 14th.
Our concern has been that we would get rain before we were able to pour the footings for the Healdsburg winery.
Fortunatly for us and our project the rain has held off this season. Now Ron's crew will build the forms for the winery slab.
We need the rain but if the weather holds we'll all be standing on a slab by the NewYear.

Amazing

After seven months in the PRMD the permit was released and construction began on the MacPhail's Family winery. Congratulations James!
